The waiting time for any order is estimation only and is provided by 1StopMeal solely for the convenience of the customer. 1StopMeal and any restaurants or other third parties are under no legal obligation to meet this approximate waiting, processing or delivery time.

1StopMeal is obliged to transfer the order and all other information provided by the customer to the appropriate restaurant correctly and without an unreasonably delay. 1StopMeal is not responsible or liable if the restaurant does not manage to deliver the order in an appropriate time. Participating restaurants have the right to reject your order at any time and for any reason.

Once the you have placed an order and completed checkout,, you will not be entitled to cancel or amend your order and you will not be eligible for a refund (please see the refund section for more details). If you further wish to cancel or amend your order you can attempt to contact the restaurant directly. In a event where you are unable to contact the restaurant, the 1StopMeal team can attempt to contact the restaurant on your behalf to communicate your request, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to contact the restaurant or that the restaurant will agree to honour your request, as your order might have been already started.

In a event when using a credit card to complete the payment for your order, if the payment you make is not authorized, your order will not be processed and therefore not communicated to the restaurant.

Pricing and Payment

Prices for the advertised products are as quoted on the website and/or mobile application, these include any applicable taxes. Any administration and delivery charges, if applicable, may be applied at checkout.

Misuse of the Website

1StopMeal has the right to refuse access to the website to anyone who misuses it.

Furthermore, 1StopMeal will cooperate in all possible ways to the appropriate authorities if a crime is committed.

Governing Law
