Step 1:
If this is the first time you are ordering, you can create your own free Flymeal account or sign in with your
existing Facebook account. Creating an account will enable you to collect points, view our order history and
rate the meals you have experienced, take advantage of our forthcoming affiliate referral program and more.
Once you have signed in, enter your postcode, browse the online menus and select the food items by adding
them to the shopping cart (Note: You can only order from one restaurant at a time).
Step 2:
When you have selected your meal, your can conveniently select to pay by a major Credit/Debit card or PayPal,
where you will be directed to our Secure payment page to enter the reminder of your details. Your details are
ten checked and the order is sent securely to Sagepay for processing. We use 3-D secure (Mastercard Secure
Code and Verified by Visa). You can also pay for delivery or pickup by cash.
Step 3:
The order is then forwarded to the restaurant using our advanced remote printer technology with
your relevant address/contact details, any special requirements and how you've paid (note: your
financial details are not disclosed). Once the order is sent through to the restaurant, the server
accepts or declines the order, once accepted a message will be send back to the website or your
email to confirm that your order has been accepted. If the order is declined for whatever reason and
you have chosen to pay by card or PayPal, this will be refunded to you immediately.
Step 4:
Once accepted your order will then be prepared and delivered to you, or be ready for pickup in the
previously specified time. Enjoy your food!
